What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

The group and subgroup settings are very nested and difficult to change or restructure. The administration page UI looks off-putting and old-fashioned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Verint community provides a place fro shared learnings on a topic - within specialist networks of Reward etc. It also provide local and ready made community for our branch special interest groups, regional branch volunteers and help them with engagement & networks support. What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

The ability to search and learn on your own is one of the best features for Verint Community. I do not mind asking questions if I don't have the answer, but I always prefer to do as much research as possible to find what I am looking for. I wish there was a tie in between Verint Community and Elevate that encourages the use of self learning and in turn you receive Elevate points for taking courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many of the reasons I go to Verint Community is to gain a better understanding of products that my company has already purchased. What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

We can use the platform to create anything we need. We've used our community as our anchor point for all of our customer needs, allowing our users to find any information they need in one place. We've created an experience that fits our branding and aligns with other digital platforms without a significant workload or budget hit. On top of that, the community of fellow users (customers, partners, employees) is world-class, and we genuinely work together to improve our community experiences. What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

The amount of flexibility and customization we can implement is a double-edged sword. This makes things like upgrades and other maintenance is a little complicated, but every release is a continual evolution. The roadmap is aggressive over the next few releases, and the introduced features don't all benefit my business. That is a little disappointing, but I'm excited to see what's to come. -One-stop shop for our customers, making it easier to navigate our user experience

-Very flexible branding allows for a custom experience that aligns with our corporate brand and allows us to create an engaging experience

-Flexible and open API allows us to change things as needed and connect with all of our other systems

-Connected our LMS and Community platforms together, allowing our customers to see training options without logging into another system

What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

We have used many other platforms in the past and I can't find much that we don't like about the Verint Community. If anything would like to see improved spam moderation to keep up with AI spam as well as more analytics in the reporting, such as account-based or customer insights and reporting. Among the many resources on Verint Community, the most valuable for us have to be the User Groups. The insights and knowledge shared from the Analytics and Quality Groups surpass any expectations we had when joining the group. We've now had our whole team join the Quality Group. Telligent Community Platform provides an entire solution of a community platform to be used by businesses and enterprises. Usually CMS is catered for all purposes but this platform is completely towards community development which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

Some of the functionality feel half finished and not completely baked in. Developers in my team had to rectify and resolve majority of the issues and create a custom solution of their own which is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my business, it was really helpful to use the tool which gave me access to various Script API using Velocity & .net for backend. These have helped us build widgets and themes based on our requirements and design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
