I like how customisable it is, you can really make it your own. It is very good on the safety and moderation front which is ideal for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

Been a little tricky linking the login B2C with our systems and not a huge fan of the text editor.

Helping to bring our industry together by allowing like minded individuals to connect who may otherwise not have been able to.

As a new user of verint, I really appreciate the collection of documentation, announcements on relevant recent events and the market place to see additional plugins and features available to compliment the standard out of box experience.

**What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

Navigation can be a bit tricky and would like to see more specific educational content linked to gamification to encourage learning.

Customer self-service - raising support cases etc.

**What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

The ability to search and learn on your own is one of the best features for Verint Community.  I do not mind asking questions if I don't have the answer, but I always prefer to do as much research as possible to find what I am looking for.  Verint Community teaches me how to fish without just giving me a fish!

**What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

I wish there was a tie in between Verint Community and Elevate that encourages the use of self learning and in turn you receive Elevate points for taking courses.

**What problems is Verint Community (formerly Telligent) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of the reasons I go to Verint Community is to gain a better understanding of products that my company has already purchased.  There are times my team is using the technology and have a question on how to proceed.  Verint Community is the tool that helps make our jobs easier.

**What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

We can use the platform to create anything we need. We've used our community as our anchor point for all of our customer needs, allowing our users to find any information they need in one place. We've created an experience that fits our branding and aligns with other digital platforms without a significant workload or budget hit. On top of that, the community of fellow users (customers, partners, employees) is world-class, and we genuinely work together to improve our community experiences.

**What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

The amount of flexibility and customization we can implement is a double-edged sword. This makes things like upgrades and other maintenance is a little complicated, but every release is a continual evolution. The roadmap is aggressive over the next few releases, and the introduced features don't all benefit my business. That is a little disappointing, but I'm excited to see what's to come.

**What problems is Verint Community (formerly Telligent) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-One-stop shop for our customers, making it easier to navigate our user experience
-Very flexible branding allows for a custom experience that aligns with our corporate brand and allows us to create an engaging experience 
-Flexible and open API allows us to change things as needed and connect with all of our other systems
-Connected our LMS and Community platforms together, allowing our customers to see training options without logging into another system
-Currently building out ways for customers to better connect 1:1, breaking down the barriers our customers have when trying to learn from each other

**What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

The flexibility of the platform, the ability to customize features and functionality easily. It allows us to be agile in meeting our customers' needs.

**What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

We have used many other platforms in the past and I can't find much that we don't like about the Verint Community. If anything would like to see improved spam moderation to keep up with AI spam as well as more analytics in the reporting, such as account-based or customer insights and reporting.

It is used for customer self-solve, it contributes to support call deflection significantly. it also allows us to understand our customers' needs better.

As an out-of-the-box SaaS product, Verint Community provides an efficient way for users to interact with posts and form discussions.

**What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

The group and subgroup settings are very nested and difficult to change or restructure. The administration page UI looks off-putting and old-fashioned.

**What problems is Verint Community (formerly Telligent) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verint community provides a place fro shared learnings on a topic - within specialist networks of Reward etc. It also provide local and ready made community for our branch special interest groups, regional branch volunteers and help them with engagement & networks support. It also amplifies the voice of our members.

The platform is easy to navigate, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. Offers a lot of customization options to tailor the community to specific needs.

While basic features are easy to use, advanced features can be a bit tricky to master. Like any software, it has occasional bugs, but they are usually resolved quickly.

Among the many resources on Verint Community, the most valuable for us have to be the User Groups. The insights and knowledge shared from the Analytics and Quality Groups surpass any expectations we had when joining the group. We've now had our whole team join the Quality Group. We find so much value from the monthly meetings and presentations, what a win.

I would love to see more interaction from members on the discussion threads.

Providing user guides, AQM terms and phrases, KB information, searching discussion threads, case support, documention reporting.

**What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

Telligent Community Platform provides an entire solution of a community platform to be used by businesses and enterprises. Usually CMS is catered for all purposes but this platform is completely towards community development which is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

Some of the functionality feel half finished and not completely baked in. Developers in my team had to rectify and resolve majority of the issues and create a custom solution of their own which is time consuming.

**What problems is Verint Community (formerly Telligent) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my business, it was really helpful to use the tool which gave me access to various Script API using Velocity & .net for backend. These have helped us build widgets and themes based on our requirements and design.

The community platform has been serving our user community for more than a decade and has been functioning solidly and reliably throughout these many years.

**What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?**

Upgrading to new versions can be a large challenge when there are customizations of which we have many.

The community connects our global Emerson users with subject matter experts and local sales engineers 24x7x365

Ability to customize looks and feel and how easy to configure Groups, Pages and Applications.

Can't say much. Upgrading to a new version process is a bit tricky for nontech people.

Ability to review their trips by our members and share their once-in-a-lifetime experiences with our  Private Luxury Club.
