This product is easy to navigate and simple to use. The staff is extremely helpful, professional, and quick at responding. If I had to go through the process of choosing a Vendor Management Program, I would choose Venminder again! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is robust and intuitive, and the company constantly makes improvements, expansions, and new modules. The website's functionality is easy to grasp for all our employees, who span a wide range of technological prowess. But they can each: look at their list of vendors and products; navigate to the appropriate pages; edit information fields there; upload contracts and documents and edit the details of those; perform risk assessments for every product; and manage upcoming deadlines and due dates. Currently, we are working to encourage our organization to use the task lists in a more robust and frequent way, and to reliably utilize the relatively new Onboarding module. Venminder's team members--particularly our two account reps--have been tremendously knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive throughout our several years on the platform, always advising us on how we might come to utilize it even more effectively. With some frequency, the customer service chat will have to research a fairly basic question about a feature or capability for hours or days before responding. But, on the whole, this is a minor complaint, and we are highly pleased with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Venminder continues adding new features that make the workflow easier to use and follow. It's very easy to maintain review periods of vendors and track oversight requirements in a structured fashion. Everything is housed within this online platform, contracts, MSA, SOWs, COI, SOC, BCP, Information Security policies, etc. Everything you need is under the vendor at any time once you've uploaded it. The manipulation of oversight requirements/tasks sometimes gets a little bogged down. I want to be able to change future dated oversight tasks from in progress to not due. This only happens when clicked into and saved, but it causes the scheduled tasks to show incorrectly when it's actually set for a year out from now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to store contracts and key vendor details. I also like the ability for the vendor owners and other SMEs to review docs and work together to complete reviews. It is nice having everything in once place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would really like a more intuitive workflow (the website is very easy), but the workflow for initial and annual due diligence can seem clunky for a smaller institution. I also wish there was a notes section that you could make notes about the vendor/product to allow us in the TPRM to take notes on what they will do and how it works. Automated processes are easy to use once everything is set up. Ability to create color-coded reports so that other, non-Vendor Management, team members can follow along is a life-saver. All this pales in comparison to the representatives we get to work with. For once, I do not dread reaching out for help because when I do 1) my problems are solved, 2) explained, and 3) and followed-up on within the month just to ensure I have no other issues. Like many risk solutions, you must buy "optional" modules to get the full benefit. I would say the base product/platform is lackluster until you have purchased all the modules necessary (once you purchase one, you will notice that you need another in order to fully utilize the service).
