I use it every day in my current role and it has enabled us as a company to take our Vendor Management program to the next level. It allows us to store all documents, perform Risk Assessments, produce reports for auditors, and so much more. The system is easy enough for owners of vendors who have had zero VM experience to jump in and learn how to onboard their vendors. The reminders and notifications it sends to the RMs make keeping contracts and annual documents like COIs up to date a breeze. Our account managers and service managers are always willing to help us when something needs addressed. We're currently going through another merger with additional vendors needing to be onboarded and I feel so much better now that we have this system in place. **What do you dislike about Ncontracts?** Some of the older features that are part of the products we have do not integrate or transfer well to other areas of the services. These features were resolved through new products and services they have created, but the new offerings come with additional costs. We understand the reason, but being charged for the better versions of something we have is difficult to get through budgeting. They will however work with you to find the best balance for costs for your organization. **What problems is Ncontracts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before I had access to NContracts our Vendor Management program was unorganized and lacking. The NVendor system allows us to organize and keep up to date all due diligence and assessments we perform for annual or other cycle reviews. Instead of multiple spreadsheets and folders tracking documents and reviews, they are all in one place under each vendor's profile. We can also pull reports in literally seconds when the auditors need specific lists or information from us. This has saved me hours of additional work. Their company is always on top of vendor alerts and industry standard updates and additional requirements, so we are in good hands. If a breach, merger, CEO change, etc. happens to one of our vendors it creates trackable Vendor Alerts that we can easily reference and put in our annual reviews. The document storage is customizable and able to store any documents you get or create in relation to your vendors. We also have NContinuity and use have started to use it for our DR/BCP planning and storage. I don't work directly with those products, but my coworkers have not had any complaints at this time. ### 9. The implementation process was awesome. There was so much support when I needed it most. I have found that their technology closely follows what the OCC uses in their exams. It has been a lifesaver for me and the institution I work for when it comes to reporting, maps and templates. I highly recommend this to any financial institution looking for an advanced tool that's easy to use. I also use Ncontracts for CRA, and this too, is a great tool. On a side note... I love how the team at Ncontracts will take suggestions to improve their tools and implement them! **What do you dislike about Ncontracts?** The only issue I have is with CRA data gathering. It seems to be a lot of repetitive work but it's worth it. All features in all products work similar and it is very easy to learn on product from the other. **What do you dislike about Ncontracts?** If there are any downsides, I have not found them. With the acquisition of Quantivate and Venminder who also offered Outsourced annual Ongoing due diligence services and innovative software in the TPRM space, they are combining the best of all worlds to create the greatest experience for their customers. As a current customer of Ncontracts I can attest to the integrity of their staff and a professional services/software provider who actually listens to their users to apply changes to processes and the software. Mr. Berman is also a wonderful leader and really understands what customers need. **What do you dislike about Ncontracts?** The original Ncontracts software is semi-limited to meet our needs but we enjoy the ease of use and the presentation of the software is by far the best I've seen. Their color schemes are great and the due diligence questionnaires were built well. The sharing of data between different platforms is fantastic! We utilize these platforms daily and have much better documentation for various areas of compliance and risk. Their customer service is also excellent! They always listen to anything we may be struggling with, and are very open to feedback and any ideas for future improvements. Highly recommend! **What do you dislike about Ncontracts?** The only downside has been learning how to use the different platforms. We took on several new platforms at the same time and had just a bit of trouble learning them all at one time. Our Customer Success Manager has been great about listening to us, and helping us navigate anything we come across. It is easy to use and has helped us satisfy regulators regarding the monitoring implemented. **What do you dislike about Ncontracts?** Although there is good information regarding step by step processes to utilize the system, I would like to obtain additional guidance when settting the potential exposure of "Financial Exposure" risks. **What problems is Ncontracts solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started with vendor management and were able to have a centralized location for all agreements and contracts. Reminders are being sent to relationship managers informing them of the expiration of the agreement or contract, which many times is saving the bank money with the negotiation of some of the agreements and contracts. This solution works for us because we can outsource critical vendor reviews and then do our own review of the documents and findings. Nvendor is a true time saver and comes in very handy at exam time. Our team likes the system becuase it adds consistency to our process. No more spreadsheet and individual ticker notes for tracking key dates. We have multiple admins that work as a team to complete document gathering and due diligence. **What do you dislike about Ncontracts?** At times, there is some repetitive actions such as clicking to navigate to the same field for another vendor. It would be nice to have additional shortcuts for navigation. Compared to other vendors, the online training is enough, but there could be more. I like other vendors onlibe live training events. There is one field on one of my reports that I would like to systematically pull (it's a due date field) on the report. Instead, I have to manually enter the due date, but everything else is perfect.
