This tool is a life saver. Overall the platform has helped the team manage CS activities withiut any hassle. The integrated dashboards and reporting tools provide insights thats helped the team to make descision to better improve the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best things in Velaris is that we can create differents workflows and automate everything to control the comunication in every step of our pipelines.
The customization of the campaigns is top to include in our workflow. We are using for NPS and we are receiving valuable information of customers.
Easy to create differents atributes about customers and create dasboards to see them easily.

There's a lot to love about Velaris, but my favorite feature to date has been the Scenarios tool, where process automation is built. We've leveraged plenty of Scenarios and are constantly looking for new ways to make our workflows more efficient.
Definitely can't leave out our CSM James, who has been magnificent throughout our Onboarding, post-onboarding, and ramp-up periods. Everything we require to optimise our customer success activities is provided by Velaris.
