"A One-Stop Shop for All Things CS!"

What do you like best about Velaris?

As a company, every person that we've interacted with so far is ace! Quick answers, quick solutions, and they make you feel like you're the VIP at the party. Our go-to CSM is a treasure trove of knowledge, overflowing with insights and insider knowledge that not only help us leverage the product to its fullest but also offer brilliant advice and solutions for everything customer success-related. It's the blend of their top-notch service and deep expertise that really sets them apart.

As a product, Velaris is extremely intuitive, easy to navigate, and gives our team the flexibility to customize our view to best fit our workflows. The team made our implementation easy and provided an immediate impact. With automation features, it’s like having an extra set of hands, always keeping us one step ahead. What do you dislike about Velaris?

I'm all in on Velaris! Honestly, there's nothing negative to point out. On the off chance something does pop up, our CSM, James, tackles it head-on. He doesn’t just listen; he mobilises the team, organizes meetings to dive deep into our concerns and requests, and presto—bespoke solutions start rolling out. What problems is Velaris solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Velaris, we were using a myriad of tools to keep track of implementations, expansion, feature requests, success plans, etc. Everything was either living in numerous spreadsheets, on post-its, in Slack, you name it. But nothing was consolidated and it took a lot of work to find the information you needed. Having one source of truth is game-changing. The fact that it integrates easily into most of the tools we use such as HubSpot, Intercom makes updating customer information easy and information sharing across the business didn't need the process to be reworked. It all just works. It saves us time, effort and makes us way more efficient and productive. It's also giving us a dedicated space to handle all the CSM "stuff" that we need to do. What do you like best about Velaris?

The organisation view is very clean and easy to comprehend.

The UI is clean.

The dashboard is powerful (however, we're yet to fully utilise this to get high value out of it).

What do you dislike about Velaris?

As a non-daily user, I go into Velaris to see the status of clients, who the CS rep is. Some of the fields. There are some fields we've set up such as "Pulse" "Health" and "Lifecycle" which have colour codes/tags, however, it's difficult to read what they mean. It would be great if there are quick links/quick explainations to see what that status means for a non-daily user, rather than me guessing or asking our CS team/digging out a separate doc in our notion to review what these status' mean.

It takes a lot to set it up and ensure that the integrations are working end to end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
