What do you like best about Velaris?

Velaris facilitates operational efficiency and helps us better understand our clients.

Every day, we make use of collaborative tools and success plans. We also value their reporting features since they let us communicate with our leadership using more data. We have lately taken advantage of their automation tools and NPS to learn more about our clients and automate our conversations with them, saving us hours of laborious human labour. What do you like best about Velaris?

Velaris has allowed us to stay one step ahead of our customers: we always know the health and pulse of each of our clients, we now have much more standardized and efficient onboarding processes and our communications have never been more consistent. Velaris has allowed us to automate redundant tasks (which, in turn, has saved us a lot of time and made our team more efficient), and, overall, it has provided us with a bird’s eye view of our accounts.

If your CS team is growing/ your CSMs are stressed, trying to make sense of their client’s health, I’d highly suggest trying out the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Velaris?

When we first started using the platform, we were overwhelmed with the different features and tools that the platform had to offer. However, their own CS team was very intentional about getting us successfully onboarded and helping us make the most out of the platform.

If you are looking for a CRM that is easy to pick up and understand, Velaris is the one for you.

Velaris work with you to ensure your account is setup to meet your needs and are great at taking feedback on board.

The usual reporting tools and dashboards, but everything you need.

What do you like best about Velaris?

elaris can easily integrate the highly varied data from multiple sources into a single platform that our organisation utilises to analyse and connect with our clients' health. In addition, it offers insight into all of that data and includes extra capabilities like project management tools, success plans for measuring customer outcomes, and playbooks for standardising processes that help us in our day-to-day operations. What do you like best about Velaris?

As a CSM it is always important to know how your custumers are and, where in there lifecylce they find themslefs and who us taking care of them. Velaris is a tool that helps me do all of that and keep good tabs and relastions with my custumers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Velaris?

The personalization and adaptability of the platform and the super professional and personal support we've gotten has definitely been the best parts. We're not making use of all the features and functionalities yet, but that's also been a part of the good experience, that we can start with the basics and get that into our day-to-day routines, and later add on and get even more out of the platform. What do you dislike about Velaris?

Some more adaptability to the UI in some views would be nice. Under organizations for example, there is lots of visible information and elements that are not relevant for the day-to-day usage, so it would be nice to have more focus in the view and highlight the most important things. What do you like best about Velaris?

It is a very powerful tool to manage any type of project. Success plans are AMAZING, and allow the team to be focused on the end goal, not just the tasks. I also love the automation feature, saving me and my team A LOT OF TIME on redundant tasks. Surveys, which are connected to automation, are also an amazing bonus of using Velaris. What do you dislike about Velaris?

When we started, they hadn’t implemented any AI tools. But, this year, they launched an Velaris AI, which is of great help for having as it analyses raw text coming from all of our other platforms and summarizes it, gives us insight on it… super helpful for meetings, catching up with the team and having quick snapshots of our client relationships. What do you like best about Velaris?

Its very easy to use and intuitive, all the tools you need are align with your daily workflow so a transition is done fairly simple as you incorporate your tasks into it.

The integrations they offer are ideal to help you bring over the information to incorporate to your database, which is something very useful while working across multiple platforms
