What do you like best about Velaris?

What do you dislike about Velaris?

Velaris seems like it was created for the benefit of hawkish managers first and foremost, and actual CSMs a distant second. I appreciate the product is always improving, but currently it prioritizes ultimate visibility over the flexibility that CSMs often need. Being locked into a KPI/Milestone/Task format is one example, as is the number of clicks needed to add simple tasks. Ultimately this can lead to Velaris being a 'Friday admin' session where the week's tasks are recoreded en masse rather than fluidly working within ithe platform. What do you like best about Velaris?

As a company, every person that we've interacted with so far is ace! Quick answers, quick solutions, and they make you feel like you're the VIP at the party. Our go-to CSM is a treasure trove of knowledge, overflowing with insights and insider knowledge that not only help us leverage the product to its fullest but also offer brilliant advice and solutions for everything customer success-related. It's the blend of their top-notch service and deep expertise that really sets them apart.

As a product, Velaris is extremely intuitive, easy to navigate, and gives our team the flexibility to customize our view to best fit our workflows. The team made our implementation easy and provided an immediate impact. With automation features, it’s like having an extra set of hands, always keeping us one step ahead. What do you dislike about Velaris?

I'm all in on Velaris! Honestly, there's nothing negative to point out. On the off chance something does pop up, our CSM, James, tackles it head-on. He doesn’t just listen; he mobilises the team, organizes meetings to dive deep into our concerns and requests, and presto—bespoke solutions start rolling out. What do you like best about Velaris?

Velaris provided excellent customer health scores and monitoring tools that give us clear visibility into how telecom clients engage with our services. What do you like best about Velaris?

As a founder, it is imperative to quickly access information on our clients, the productivity of the team, and the overall client sentiment on our product. What do you like best about Velaris?

Velaris has been a game-changer for our team. It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making it simple for everyone to understand the health and performance of our book of business with just a few clicks. The ability to map customer journeys and anticipate the next steps with key accounts is invaluable. Their team is fantastic at incorporating feedback and ensuring the platform meets our needs. What do you dislike about Velaris?

There's really nothing significant to dislike about Velaris. We've encountered a few minor bugs, but they were quickly resolved by their responsive support team. The initial setup can be a bit lengthy, taking about three weeks, but this is fairly standard for such comprehensive software. Once up and running, everything works smoothly. What do you like best about Velaris?

Velaris is an amazing product but their people/team is their best asset. The implementation was really easy and smooth. They have integrated with our Hubspot, intercom and our product easily. During and after implementation, they went above and beyond to help us not just with Velaris but improving our internal CS processes and helping us to be a better CS team.

Any feature we requested or any issues we have raised was fixed/released very quickly. Never been disappointed with the team or the product and cannot recommend Velaris enough. It's a very intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Velaris?

Velaris is a system which allow us to automate most of our customer related workflow. Also, help us stay on top of customer healthscore and train the customer with us pro-activly. The team is open for suggestion and help you build the integration and customize the system to match your company CS team's requirements. What do you like best about Velaris?

We love how flexible the platform is, as it has perfectly adopted to our CS Strategy. It accounts perfectly for both high-touch as well as low-touch customers. Moreover, there is a lot of flexibility in terms of how the platform tracks and showcases the data. Customers can select their own integrations, as well as explain which information they want to create dashboards of.

Moreover, the Velaris CS team is extremely helpful. The onboarding process was one of the smoothest we’ve ever gone through as a company. It’s a perfect balance between powerful and completeness - intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Velaris?

We prioritize success plans more than scenarios, as we prioritize high-touch customers over low-touch. Therefore, up to now, we have used success plans much more heavily than scenarios.
