We evaluated this platform at the company I work for as an inexpensive meetings & online events/webinars option. Though a lesser-known company, I have used their platform in the past to login to vendor "events", and got a good feel for it while evaluating the platform. From our evaluation standpoint, I loved that our clients could login to meetings without downloading software (browser-based), it is relatively secure, and that there is event recording/playback for viewers. We ultimately wanted to in the direction of a more expensive option with more features, but I believe Veedeeo is a great option for a non-complex and inexpensive virtual meetings & events platform. The features that Veedeeo has work great, but we are looking for some extra features or add-ons that they did not offer (such as larger participant maximum, the ability to charge admission for online events, and a complex dashboard where one could save all previously-recorded events for viewers to go back and watch). There is so much to like about VEEDEEO. First, this software is effortless to deploy, and using it is easy thanks to its easy UI as well as well laid out features.
