What do you like best about VCC Live?

I think that the reportability and the dialer are the biggest strengths of the VCC system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As soon as the internet connection is not stable, the system exits, although it sould be set to "passive mode" instead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts on VCC. We take pride in knowing our customers are happy with their experience. As for the program being sensitive to internet connection quality: that might happen, it's true. VCC Live recommends a stable internet connection, with at least 200 kbps bandwidth per user. Connecting via Wi-Fi or mobile data is not recommended. Our advice, to avoid these situations, is to connect to the internet via ethernet, if possible.

Speaking of reports (and them sometimes being 'messy'), can you please tell us more about what you have in mind? Maybe we can find a solution to that. There are a few features in VCC that come to my mind and that might help you with that. I am thinking of features such as Automatic report sending, Export templates, and the ability to set Custom KPIs yourselves and include them in the reports, thus reducing the need for further manipulating the data in Excel, through formulas and functions. Please reach out to your Key Account Manager or our support@vcc.live on this subject, so we can try and make your VCC Live experience even better.

VCC is a logically structured application.

The export format is only txt.

As for an automatic export option (if I understand things correctly): there is such a feature in VCC. You can export both items (logs/statistics and database data). The format can be .txt or .csv.

You can read a lot more about it in the URL I am attaching (the one below, titled ''See how VCC improved''). If you need more info than what's on our Learning Center, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Support team, they would be happy to help you.

I am pleased to tell you the web-based version of VCC Live is coming pretty soon (sometime this year, most likely early autumn)! That solves the macOS thing, and I believe will also help with the learning curve. The beta version of the 'Web Agent' is already available. I recommend you reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@vcc.live, and my colleagues will be more than happy to organize an online session where they can show you what we worked on so far and give you a walk-through of the web-based version of VCC Live. More than that, you will be able to test it yourself and tell us what you think.
