We are in year two of Anaplan implementation and VBCG has come in and immediately helped our team move our annual budget planning out of Excel and into Anaplan while also improving and streamlining our revenue model. The combination of the Architect and Model Builder provides us with a cost effective model for best practice support. They are also actively training our team to build internal model builder skillset so we are not dependent on long term consulting support. VBCG has identified ways to streamline our model to ensure it runs as efficiently as possible and minimizing the amount of needed storage and memory.
