The thing that I like the most about Valamis is that they listen to their customers and they are not afraid of exploring new tech trends and how to incorporate them in their platform. Also, though the platform has some limits, it can functionally gather both e-learning content and instructor-led courses.

We needed a brand new LMS, a complete overhaul of content and rollout out across North America in less than eight months. This was a major undertaking, and it was possible because of their support. The biggest thing I like about Valamis is that they want you to succeed. They do everything to make sure you are not overwhelmed. In terms of the actual product, it's crisp and easy to use. For us, the leaderboard is a game changer. Creating competition across the organization has driven adoption. The backend reporting is also first-class. I like the Skills module. It helps us assign developers to projects where their skills are mostly needed.
