If you're ok with some rough edges and are understanding of new services than you'll be happy with Vadootv Player. The UX or design could use some work and many of the features feel like they were rushed but the number of features and improvements they add in such a short period of time is commendable and appreciated. Hopefully over time they will iron out design and flesh out some of the quarks - for instance the labels of some settings are vague and undescriptive so you won't really know what they do. Or some labels are just incorrect, for example "Add javascript code" really should be "Add html code". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The player itself is minimalistic and pretty with lots of customization options. You can add your logo for branding, change the colors and overall look to match the website's feel, and so on. Uploading new videos directly is still pretty slow. But if you already host videos on YouTube of Vimeo than you don't need to worry about this aspect. You also can't leave the page while uploading, which is a bit of a pain. But you can open new tabs to continue to work as the video is uploading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I am very impressed of this product.
- HLS encryption is perfect to reduce piracy of my online courses.
- Landing pages are great to share videos with my leads via email or social media.
- CTAs are perfect for lead magnets.
- Integrations is an important feature, even though right now they are implemented with webhook which is not ideal, but not a deal-breaker.
When it comes to the roadmap, it looks like there are great features that are coming soon, like GDPR, and more landing pages customisation.

I have been looking for a platform for video storage and hosting. Vadoo has all I need. Very easy to use. Steep learning curve.HLS encoding. The video player is customizable. Customization includes colors, business logo, thumbnail. I can use CTAs and forms. Perfect for lead generation webinars. The service is affordable with fast CDN. I really like their product. I've been using it for about a month. I'm a small business owner, running an online language school, and having their video hosting solution with Call to Actions and speedy delivery through CDN has helped me improve my brand and customer satisfaction across the board. My website visitors like it, and because Vadoo can also host my audios, it makes Vadoo.tv the perfect platform for a language teacher like me. Ankur reached out to me about joining the beta a while before this deal came out on AS. It took me a while to get it properly, as I also purchased Warm Welcome, Spend Spark and Quick Page, but I've refunded them all and bought this deal, as all I needed is simple video hosting/embedding and sharing. The UI is easy to use and the videos hosted are fast! So many who've bought this deal can't be wrong, and the roadmap looks very promising.
