I have to admit that video hosting can be downright expensive. It's actually quite the thorn in my side since I have so many tasks that I try to accomplish using video. And now there is a much better option than my current, much more expensive Vimeo and less troublesome than fighting away Youtube's constant advertising of my competitors. Voodotv is easy to use, letting us wayward souls customize each video to our own liking. We get to decide the color scheme, play button, decide if we want to divide it up into chapters with markers, input CTA's in the place that we want it.

My only real desire is if they could show us how much space we are taking up. If they already do this, then I haven't easily found it yet.

I found Vadootv player in AppSumo. I started buying tier 1 just to see if vadootv player suits my need. I knew it’s a new platform so I didn’t expect much. But after uploading almost a hundred videos in no time, I was really impressed how fast it is.

There are so many tweaks I can do for my embed, and it works flawlessly on my website. I had embed issues with another platform, so I am pleased that vadootv player has no problems at all.

The plans are very generous in terms of storage. The upload speed when using their chrome extension is super fast allowing me to quickly record a video reply, copy and embed in an email in minutes.

When recording just my webcam, it creates a squared video and not a landscape one.

Also, I'd love to have default or preloaded customizations so I don't have to go on a video by video basis when I need to customize it to match my colors.

The backend does feel like it should get a UX overhaul, it feels somewhat barebones and clunky to be honest.

Vadoo is a much more affordable alternative to Vimeo Pro. We've been able to move our clients over and offer the same features at a better price. The video player integrates with the different landing page software and website builders we use, and the video bubble feature has a lot of potential for helping conversions on landing pages. I like the affordability and simplicity the best. I had been researching video hosting for a while to use with my course on MemberVault. I compared Muse.ai, Vimeo, and Loom, but none offered all the features that Vadoo has for the same price. I have just used it on several of my videos and it works great!
