What do you like best about UXArmy?

What do you like best about UXArmy?

For my team, UXArmy has changed everything. Our research methodologies had a major void in diary studies, but we can now conduct them much more regularly thanks to UXArmy. The ability to smoothly move diary study participants into live missions within the same project is one notable feature that significantly expedites the process of gathering the required data. We have profited from regular updates and new features since implementing the platform, which have greatly improved usability and productivity. The UXArmy team is excellent; they are very responsive to criticism and take action after hearing it. UXArmy guarantees that issues are not only acknowledged but also directly addressed within the platform, in contrast to certain tools where feedback appears to vanish into thin air. What do you like best about UXArmy?

I appreciate how the business is improving its offerings and products in response to input from actual practitioners. Furthermore, it's really beneficial to watch such updates occur in real time.

For example, it was a lifesaver when the booking tool was added to the interview portion at the perfect moment. By removing additional steps that participants would normally need to perform, it enabled me to adhere to my interview schedule for a study. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UXArmy?

I can't say that I can think of anything in particular right now. It appears that everything that I previously found to be ineffective has been improved, especially the cool-down settings for participants in between tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to manually schedule participants was added by UXArmy, which was helpful right before the event. It's fantastic to let participants select from available timeslots, but it's ideal to provide the researcher the option to reschedule if we've already spoken and they are unable to do so on their end.

The observation room's addition is also quite beneficial. In the past, my team employed a more laborious workaround that completed the task, but it required too many steps. What do you like best about UXArmy?

UXArmy has simplified the UX research process. Hiring process has been simplified to a great extent as well from recruiting participants, setting up tests, and collecting insights without the requirement of advanced technical knowledge. This software is a great tool for running remote usability tests and surveys which makes it very convenient to reach users around the world. UXArmy is a remarkable tool for most UX related tasks. However, the customisation test templates can be improved as I feel the need to incorporate more flexibility while adapting to tests as it will help me achieve specific research goals. Firstly, it eradicates the hassle of in person testing as we can conduct remote usability tests. Secondly, as I have access to a large pool of users, I am able to gather valuable feedback quickly from around the world.
