It can be difficult to get firm delivery dates for new releases. On several occasions we have experienced flaws on the technical side. It gives the impression that the releases are not as thoroughly tested as they could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their speed of development is astonishingly quick. On numerous occasions, we have approached Ushur with a problem statement, and they have returned within several weeks with a usable proof of concept that can be quickly deployed on our platform. Their relationship management is also excellent. They always support you, and any challenges encountered are tackled with the correct level of urgency. I'm writing this from a business user perspective. Some of the Ushur flows we have built are pretty complicated as we are solving issues with multiple flows and products, and this requires IT expertise to develop and maintain. I want a situation in the future to allow more business users to maintain the flow and make simple adjustments as required.
