What do you like best about Userback?

The more it progress, the more features they add...

At the beginning, it was only for web sites and was not always that evident to use for clients...

Now, they have added support to comment on images and PDFs (and more is coming). Also, they have improved their user interface so it's easier (and they provide a tutorial video if that is not enough).

Also, not only can you use it to get clients feedback while you develop (my main use case), but you can also keep it on your site to get visitors' feedback on your site or ask a question.

You also have the choice (for a site) between some code, a plugin (for WordPress) or using a Chrome extension.

So, now it can do as much (if not more) than other tools like Project Huddle which is more highly priced... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The userback system is easy to install on any website and is even easier for my clients to use. The ability for me to easily add new clients and assign access to specific techs is awesome. What do you like best about Userback?

I love how Userback makes it easy to include our customers in their website and graphics design processes. It starts with a simple, intuitive setup, so it's up and running fast, and from there you're collaborating in a brilliantly simple, effective way. Userback makes it easy to communicate about graphics and copy changes and ideas in a simple, visual way that anyone can learn in a few minutes. It also makes it easy to track our progress on those changes with its simple STATUS feature, set priorities, and assign tasks to team members. And its social-like communication panel keeps all the discussion organized and referenceable. We thought Userback would be just a change logging tool, but it's way more than that - it's our favorite collaboration tool for discussing visual media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

There's only one improvement I would suggest, and it's so small that it's nit-picky. We'd like to be able to make the logo/branding on the widgets larger - it's quite small relative to the available space in the widget header. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userback?

This is one of the tools that we use on daily basis to quickly get feedback from our clients for website development projects. We install the javascript code into the mockup website and allow the clients to give their inputs using the Userback feedback widget.

Our clients love it and we certainly love it more as we come ot know exactly what our changes our clients require.

The video feedback tool is also a nice way to gather feedback of what exactly the issue is on client's browser / mobile

Userback annotation tool is the best in the market and we have tested many. This is the tool that both we and our clients love.

We love the fact that we can integrate the feedback with slack , trello and get it straight into specific trello board and slack channel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

What do you like best about Userback?

It's kind of like the old time "suggestion box" but tailored to the online world. Customers and clients can easily and quickly leave comments, draw on the screen and much more very seamlessly. I feel Userback gets more responses than most other feedback tools we've tried. It's great to install on client sites (can also be done privately too so it's not seen by all) and then used for giving feedback to their team or for them to give design feedback to us. What do you dislike about Userback?

Not much to dislike -- in fact, I can't think of anything at the moment. It's another piece of code to add to the site but I've not found any problems with that (easy to add the code snippet but all code impacts page load time but Userback's impact is minimal). What do you like best about Userback?

To get early feedback while developing. For me that work as a freelancer I constantly need to get feedback from clients. For that use case I think Userback is a perfect tool. Powerful but still simple enough to use, even for clients that isn't very tech savvy. It's also nice to see that the team behind Userback continue to work hard to improve their product even more. What do you dislike about Userback?

I've tried to fins anything about Userback that I don't like, but haven't succeeded. All integrations I need are in place (and if some integration isn't there, it's possible to use webhook), no client have complained about it being hard to report bugs / issues... What do you like best about Userback?

Userback makes the hardest part of a web development project easy. Our clients love the way they can practically draw on the screen, highlighting whatever they're not comfortable with. However, the best feature is that all these remarks go directly into our PM tool, which is a huge plus for devs and PMs as well. All in all, Userback is a rock solid tool in our arsenal. What do you dislike about Userback?

We miss one particular feature only - it would be nice to have a functionality where an agency can remotely switch the userback plugin on and off from a central dashboard for any of its clients. What do you like best about Userback?

Userback is around quite a bit and it added new features regularly, so you get a constantly evolving system.

What I like best is the easy to setup and customize feedback-widget for my homepage. It can be used for different pages with differen use cases (e.g. general feedback or dedicated GUI Feedback etc.). Furthermore it is now also possible to use it for feedback on Documents or images, which broadens the usability even more.

I also like the custom process to handle all the incoming feedback and the possibility that my customers can also log-in in the backend and only see their project and not the whole system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

At the moment I would like to be able to use cname and a custom branding of the backend page, so that my company is also present when users/customers log-in to the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the software and the major selling point for us was that it natively integrated with Teamwork ( This is our project management tool which we use for 50+ employees ) The support is always amazing and had always had a positive reply.
