I am fairly new in the world of business ownership and have been trying to find an "address" that could be used as my businesses physical address and at the same time having the ability to receive emails of the incoming correspondance. I signed up for USGM because it was the ONLY one that offered a good rate and a free-trial. NOT TO MENTION, they offer Zoom Notary so i dont have to walk around trying to find a notary at a bank or other government entity. at first i thought the fee of $15 was too much. I have been unable to figure out how to get the scans of my mail, but i dont see the option on the site. it shows a link in the email, but when you click the link it just goes to the account dashboard. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use this as an individual, not a business. All my mail goes to US Global Mail and has done for many years, so I use it all the time. I move too often to do regular updates to my mailing address. USGM informs me immediately when I receive mail. I can see it in my inbox, and I can choose whether it should be trashed, forward to me or scanned. They even deposit checks I receive - with my specific instructions. It's a great service and I'm happy they honor the annual price I've been paying for years. Getting customer service that will work to solve your problem these days is hard to find. I hate contacting customer service these days as I expect to find canned answers without any thinking or finding out-of-the-box solutions to problems. I had been with another company for more than 15 years but because of their rigid customer service policy I was forced to leave. The customer Support & service is unlike anything I've encountered with most online businesses. It's definitely top tier and the ease of signing up is made even better by having someone to help you when you need it. I know this from experience and am happy to say that. There is no invoice prior to charging your account. There is also an extra charge any mail in your account that you don't delete. It's written in the fine print when signing up that you will be charged for holding any mail after 180 days of being a customer. So that's another charge to be aware of. I really like that I receive an email notification that I have received mail in my mailbox, then I can see an image of the outer envelope and decide if i want to forward it, discard it or best of all , open it, scan it and let me see the contents before i decide.
