This is a complete and reliable service. They receive my mail, show me frontal scans, and then open and scan mail by request. I can request that they forward mail to addresses in the US or even send checks to deposit in my bank. I am an American expat living abroad. This service does everything I need it to do for me. The AI 'customer service' rep is kind of annoying. There should be a way to contact a real person quickly if the AI is not giving satisfactory guidance. Give a way to contact live support, without having to go multiple rounds with the AI. Also, the postage pricing estimates that they provide are not always accurate and I've had some surprise invoices after asking them to forward/ship some of my physical mail to me. I love the fact that US Global Mail forwards incoming checks to my bank. I use that company almost every day. The website is fairly easy to use although the interface can sometimes a bit confusing.
