What do you like best about Upscale?

Upscale is a powerful platform that configures the selling process across multiple channels like email, calls, and LinkedIn. You can mass import contacts, and update them to the CRM automatically. It saves you time and ensures that each contact is properly attended to. Some important things that I'd like to highlight: - It automates sending repetitive tasks - Automated follow-ups ensure the conversations are consistent- The UI is very simple and easy to use. What do you dislike about Upscale?

I didn't think I would ever use the phrase, "I don't dislike anything" when describing an app. But here we are.

Nothing is perfect but I think rapid improvements have been done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upscale solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of prospects end up replying to follow-up emails that were automatically sent. The email metrics also help in validating we are doing things right. What do you like best about Upscale?

Upscale sales engagement helps sales reps engage prospects where they are most likely to interact with you. You can implement your sales playbooks through a structured and multi-channel approach. The support is the best. Customer feedback is not only valuable in words but also implemented for good!

What do you dislike about Upscale?

Would have been to have a chrome extension for Gmail as well to automatically perform actions.

For us to add prospects directly from Gmail to Upscale and activate workflows on the prospects would be great to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're hungry to get a competitive edge it's important to streamline the sales outreach process with a sales engagement platform. It brought together all our sales touch points including email, calls, and social media in a structured manner. It helps you build deeper relationships with prospects by automating non-sales tasks.

When the SDR function is increasing, we were looking for a dashboard to track every activity of all SDRs, and Upscale had a great solution to it. We were looking for a tool to enable the sales team to increase the number of prospective accounts reach once. Our primary requirement was to have a platform that followed modern sales techniques instead of the traditional individual target messaging. Upscale had this and more! We followed a phased approach and here's how it went:

-Email nurturing of website visitors who download website resources

-Email follow-up for demo request abandonment

-Outbound sales prospecting for each sales rep

-Next Steps: Email sequencing to reactivate dormant or cold leads

What do you like best about Upscale?

I liked that it helps me monitor my email deliverability and identify whether it is a bad lead that I'm reaching out to - or not. The calling option is stucked most of the time. It constantly crashes every 5 minutes even though I am actively using it. They need to improve this as it is terrible for productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
