As a recent attendee of this event I learned a lot about data audience segmentation and, RCS, SMS and different campaign initiatives that industry leaders have been using via Adestra esp system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certain elements which I understand are now being introduced such as not having the ability to drag and drop assets into an email, personalisation, the need to save continuously when working on emails. I think it's a very user-friendly, intuitive platform for building and sending emails. I also enjoy the reporting tools, such as heatmap, and export manager. I also enjoy experimenting with the AI tools such as personalised delivery time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd say a downside would be, ( a very minor one!) when creating emails in email editor, there is no undo button! This is something I think would be really user friendly, rather than to keep saving constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
