What do you like best about Upland Adestra?
Adestra have been a true partner to us as we've grown as a business. The account management team have continued to help us to define our CRM strategy, culminating with us winning an award at the Engagement & Loyalty Awards, something we couldn't have done on our own. What do you dislike about Upland Adestra?
More of an area of development, rather than an actual dislike, but would be great to have a WYSIWYG editor for creating segments and email lists, rather than creating filters and rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prices is something that i feel is on the costlier side hence would recommend is the price was as user friendly as the the tool. Which would help you capture a lot of customer base to the tool. What do you dislike about Upland Adestra?
Beginners might find the interface challenging due to the steep learning curve and somewhat old interface, thus making it difficult for them to navigate the platform. Implementing the product could take longer while the technical guidance provided by the responsive customer support may not be too thorough sometimes. What do you dislike about Upland Adestra?
Certain elements which I understand are now being introduced such as not having the ability to drag and drop assets into an email, personalisation, the need to save continuously when working on emails.
