What do you like best about Upflowy?

I’ve enjoyed the rapid iteration process that Upflowy can give you, being able to see the problematic steps and quickly editing them or removing them completely. This has meant that I’m able to create seamless flows and ensure it's the best possible version of itself while also running tests to optimise more and more. What do you dislike about Upflowy?

There were some minor UX issues that kept popping up. I couldn’t experiment or fix a small issue as fast as I had expected. I’m hoping that these issues will be ironed out soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upflowy solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the clients I work with, we've struggled for a while trying to get the exact audience we're after. I’ve been looking for a qualifying solution that can help me build awesome and optimise signup experiences and engaging onboarding flows. What do you like best about Upflowy?

Upflowy solves a key problem related to the primary purpose of our website - converting visitors to leads! Despite the importance of lead generation, getting useful data and making optimisation decisions is really hard. Google Analytics gives us broad website data, which is easy to be distracted by. Upflowy gets straight to the point, is easy to interpret, and then take actionable steps. What do you dislike about Upflowy?

What do you like best about Upflowy?

What do you like best about Upflowy?

A number of things. The design tab has been incredibly helpful for us. We have been able to match our branding and ensure that it is a completely native experience when people are going through our flows. Also being able to create our own flows in an intuitive way but also visualise it was extremely helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upflowy?

We did struggle a little at first understanding the entirety of the platform. Going from a new user to feeling confident in the product took longer than expected but the penny dropped very quickly though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem that we had was that many other form solutions looked very different and made customers feel as if they were leaving the site, or being taken somewhere they didn't want to go especially given data security and sensitivity. We wanted something that made our customers feel as though they were still with us. What do you like best about Upflowy?

Draft mode is awesome. We need to be able to experiment with the flow and look of forms before publishing updates and Upflowy's draft mode just makes it really quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upflowy?

We found the indicator showing that a flow is live quite small, so we had to double-check that when we first started publishing our flows. Once you know it's fine but it's a minor UX thing we noticed. Also, there's some good video tutorial content coming through on the Upflowy youtube channel - looking forward to seeing more. What do you like best about Upflowy?

The flow components are world-class. Having the ability to input different form components or content components helps create a truly unique web experience. There are elements to the UI that don’t make sense. The current form of the product doesn’t have those quick fixes or shortcuts that make the process lightning quick. Our problem has been quickly communicating our vision to potential customers. We are in a complex industry and often require demo calls to better explain how we can assist companies. What do you like best about Upflowy?

I love that I could set up an AB testing of signup flows without having to get the IT department involved. Previously, it would be a minimum of 3 month wait plus hundred of thousands in budget, if I want to test a single flow. Now, I can set up a test in a matter of minutes.

Similar capabilities existed for landing pages before from other vendors, but not for signup flows. I'm happy one finally exists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upflowy?

I would love to see a single view that summarizes all experiments that I am running at the same time. I hope this feature is coming soon, because at the moment I need to click into each flow in order to see the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upflowy?

Being able to showcase my work has been an incredible help in keeping customers engaged. The level of form customization means I can keep the sales message in mind while people are considering booking with me, and the flow can embed a booking link into it, people never leave the flow! - There were some teething problems and getting up to speed with the product did take a while, especially with new features being added to the product and some minor design changes being updated. If they’ve reached the Upflowy flow I can use the conditional logic to see what they need and then show the quality of work specific to their needs. What do you like best about Upflowy?

- Upflowy is solving the problem that I've seen so many businesses struggle with, getting more control of conversion funnels and improving the leads which websites generate

- Being able to create a signup experience so easily is a brilliant step in the right direction, but then to be able to iterate and optimize put Upflowy a step ahead of the competition. What do you like best about Upflowy?

Working in content and marketing there is quite a lot of noise, every business wants to be viral, so I have to choose my clients selectively. Upflowy has allowed me to better qualify potential clients with the right questions and conditional logic. If someone can manage the pathway correctly, then it leads them to a booking call. UX. As someone who is used to the UX of more established companies, especially in the social media space, this was a tough adjustment. The problem solving nature of the product kept me using it but there was a much steeper learning curve when it came to general use of the platform. The issue I’ve been solving with Upflowy is the management of potential clients. The conditional logic and informed questions that I can ask set an expectation really early on. I’m able to see how best I can help clients who are interested in using my agency’s services.
