The tool is practical and intuitive, saving me time on my reminders and allowing me to filter according to my needs

UpFlow was very easy to implement and does not require the need to constantly check in on to ensure the no-code solution is up and running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ther is currently no ability to allow a customer to partially pay for an invoice (collect a deposit). There is no button to automatically trigger the API to pull data from our ERP into Upflow, which means that there is always a lag between invoice build and when the invoice is sent to the customer (typically 15 minutes). If a customer credit card payment fails (for a CVV or zip zode match) and the customer tries submittign payment multiple times, UpFlows system marks each customer payment in NetSuite as processed even though the payment did not process. This requires manual work to delete each payment record.
UpFlow released a feature to embed customer accounts to our customer portal but the integration did not work and the engineering team was not very helpful in getting this feature live.
The customer support team confirms recipt of feture requets but none of my requests have come to fruition in 2 years.
The "save credit card" feature does not work well. The feature allows for a credit card to be charged two days after the invoice is issued. They have yet to release a way to auto charge a credit card that a custome rhas approved to keep on file. This creates headaches around cash flow as it takes two days to charge the card and then two days for Stripe to clear the funds into our account. Hence, there is a 4 day lag between issuing an invoice and getting the fudsn for customers who thoguht they were mamking it easy by saving their credit card information. the most helpfull tool is the automatics email.
Upflow is really intuitive, clear.
I use it every week so as to know how much cash our company earned the previous weeks and also to check the promise to pay.
I also have to say that our CSM Lorie is really important in the succes of using this tool : always available, reliable and really sweet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say that it would be easier to us to create reports to get the data we want.
Also, as we have more than 1 business unit int the system, it would be great if we could have reports with the amount of cash collected by entity on 1 report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having had to use Upflow occasionally without prior introduction, I found the tool very easy to use thanks to a very intuitive interface. The history of actions and colleagues' notes are clearly visible. The connection with Netsuite works perfectly and allows for the retrieval of useful custom fields for the assignment of follow-up plans. Upflow allows for easy interaction and integration of the different teams that may be involved in the follow-up process: CS, Sales, Legal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We gained a lot of time to send reminders to customers and most important we empower the sales rep/assistant with the importance of obtaining cash. Upflow has completely transformed our accounts receivable processes. When we started using it, our DSO improved by more than 10 days within just a couple of weeks. The intuitive interface and ease of use have made it indispensable for us.
