Upflow automates the tedious process of checking in with clients manually. It has been instrumental in getting our overdue AR up to date. By being able to create a notifications workflow, we have been able to seamlessly remind our customers of upcoming and past due invoices. We have seen an incredibly high response rate, and in just three weeks of using this application, have seen an almost 50% decrease in overdue payments. Tracking communications is so easy and the team gets real-time updates on overdue accounts. Quickbooks only allows for three notifications, where now we can have 10 that are customized for each customer, and provides them with an easy link to access their account information. Upflow has really enabled us to better manage our credit control process, and have confidence that we are reaching out to clients at all the right times using their workflows for automated emails and tasks. I didn't believe it would make such a difference how quickly we could get paid, but the results have been incredible, and every month continues to improve even 6 months on! There are some simple functionalities, like being able to see other teams tasks, and more easily being able to send ad-hoc emails all within upflow, however I do think that they work on the product quite frequently, so nothing super business stopping or that would stop us from using Upflow. I wish there was a way to send emails out of the workflow. sometimes I want to followup with a client or say thank you for a payment and have that documented in the timeline.

There’s very little to dislike about Upflow, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be the need for diverse currency amounts to be in line with what has been billed in Pennylane. The currently, the outstanding amount for invoices generated in $ are different from the "total amount" (what has been really billed). - Easy to plug to our ERP Netsuite, in few clicks everything was connected and the metrics were already present in the tool. The integration was very smooth compared to several finance tools.

- We use it everyday, following up with all our client's situation, checking the metrics/analytics and very helpful to motivate the team to decrease the outstanding amounts.

UPFLOW gives you the possibility to organize your cash collection with processes and methods. Starting from the automatic sorting of all the new invoices and credit notes inside every customer's balance and through personalized workflows that can be tailored to each specific situation.
