The customer support is great. Our CM is always available to help and answer any questions we have and they are building out their roadmap based on the user's feedback. I like that it can be integrated with Greenhouse and pull all the events and application data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with Greenhouse could be better. Students cannot answer the questions in our application in Untapped so we received a lot of incomplete applications. Additionally, navigating the site isn't very intuitive. There were several times I had to reach out to our CM for simple things like pulling all the event data or filtering within the platform.
