**What do you like best about Untapped?**

The customer support is great. Our CM is always available to help and answer any questions we have and they are building out their roadmap based on the user's feedback. I like that it can be integrated with Greenhouse and pull all the events and application data.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

The integration with Greenhouse could be better. Students cannot answer the questions in our application in Untapped so we received a lot of incomplete applications. Additionally, navigating the site isn't very intuitive. There were several times I had to reach out to our CM for simple things like pulling all the event data or filtering within the platform.

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a product that allows us to source candidates from diverse backgrounds. It has been great for sourcing and inviting candidates to apply. But we have also made use of the Communities option and have managed events via the platforrm.

The filters are great to find diverse candidates and the Communities function is great to keep in touch with candidates.

Nothing that I can think of. We have been very pleased with Untapped.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

Untapped unlocks our ability to create a diverse talent pipeline that we would not normally have access to. Additionally, we are able to create groups to engage our incoming cohort of employees throughout their time in college.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

As they grow, it would be great to see more unlocked on the experienced candidate side so we can use the platform for our entire recruitment efforts. The sourcing/search results can be improved as well.

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Diversity Recruiting. We have been able to create an extremely diverse pipeline with roughly 50% of our offers for campus recruiting going to candidates from historically underrepresented groups in technology.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

Inbound application management through Jumpstart is a dream. The ability to manage application review through a variety of filters rather than simply chronologically is a game-changer in Campus Recruiting. 

Sourcing capabilities are also quite strong, compared to any other tools on the market in the campus space (Handshake, Piazza) Jumpstart is the clear winner. The number of filters available and ATS integration are impactful features.

There are still a few kinks here and there but overall the UI/UX is quite strong.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

Event management could be improved, particularly when hosting a virtual event outside of Jumpstart. I don't have experience using Jumpstart's capabilities at career fairs or in-person events but am excited to utilize these features when we start traveling again. 

The metrics and analytics dashboards are a good start but they have some room to grow, to provide more actionable data in realtime rather than historical or retrospective data. This is something I know the Jumpstart team is prioritizing!

Eventually, I'd also like to see Jumpstart expand its student audience. The initial focus on tech hiring was a smart strategy but Jumpstart would have usefulness across industries and the adoption among non-technical candidates isn't quite where I'd like it to be.

**Recommendations to others considering Untapped:**

Ultimately, there's no other tool that is built first and foremost for high volume campus recruiting. The Jumpstart team certainly knows their audience and get feedback from them frequently as they add new features and functionality!

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jumpstart has been instrumental in helping us to manage inbound effectively and building diverse pipelines. We've seen strong ROI from the use of the product and have it open all day every day as we move through our heaviest recruiting season.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

Jumpstart is an innovative tool that helped us level up our recruiting for early diverse talent. Unlike other platforms, Jumpstart is proactive in creating user friendly options for sourcing, creating events, campaigns, and posting jobs. Erin Kumar has been exceptional in her customer service to our team - she is always available to help and has gone above and beyond in making sure that we understand the platform and use it to meet our recruiting needs. She has truly helped us transform our university recruiting efforts. 5 STARS!

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

As of now, I have not faced any downsides to using Jumpstart.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

It's easy to filter through candidate profiles by grad year, skills, major, and demographic data.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

Candidates aren't required to complete a full profile so some profiles are missing resumes or any contact info (including LI), which makes it difficult to find them anywhere. Most people on the platform are college students or created their profiles on there while they were in school, and once they've graduated they don't return to update their profiles, so it's tough to find candidates that are 1+ years out of school.

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Jumpstart to help increase the diversity of our pipeline and to just understand the diversity of our pipeline overall.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

Jumpstart had a lot of technical talent to select from and we were able to find good candidates quickly for those roles.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

Some of the usability of the tool for collaboration with our internal admins was lacking so it was hard to keep track of what was being done and what was still left to do-being able to assign tasks would be great.

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allowed us to start sourcing and connect with candidates quickly and have a central place to post our jobs and have applicants apply. Very helpful to use Jumpstart versus our ATS since our Careers page does not get visited much by early-career talent. Allowed us to showcase our company too early career talent versus all talent.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

I have worked in campus recruiting for 7 years and this is by far the most intuitive and easiest to use product for campus recruiting. It really does make recruiting top talent and getting your brand out there easy, efficient and drives forward your strategy. We can be a lot more strategic in the students we move through our processes and source relevant talent

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

There are some bugs with the workday integration but it’s a newer ATS integration that they just launched so understand there are kinks still being worked out and workday recruiting is a pretty poor ATS

**Recommendations to others considering Untapped:**

Go for it! You won’t regret it

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us be more strategic in who we are sourcing for university talent rather than trying to get through 1000+ resumes. We can also ensure we are creating a diverse slate of candidates which is important to us since sometimes applicant pools are skewed

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

The ability to filter through candidates to certain years, skills, gender, and ethnicity.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

You can say no/takeaway a candidate while in a search.

The platform is open to all ethnicities which Jumpstart sells itself as being specifically URM, which makes sourcing sometimes not as accurate.

It can take over a day for customer support to reach out. 

If I send a specific messaging template, I cannot tell if that template or template #2 produced more responses. It would be nice to be able to see in reporting, which template is best when trying to reach out to candidates.

Trying to ensure our class of interns is as diverse as possible.

The entire platform is so intuitive. The team is quick to implement feedback and is always available to answer questions.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

There are still some quirks being worked out. I know the team is actively working on it though.

**Recommendations to others considering Untapped:**

Get on board and start giving feedback! The entire team is working hard to make it better everyday and they are passionate about making it the best product for their customers. As someone who works for a top rated customer service company, I love interacting with this team and know they are working hard for us.

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are hiring talented technical candidates into internship programs who are actively searching for employers in our area. I have had great experiences with the users of Jumpstart and hired at least 6 I sourced from the platform this last cycle.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

I love the UI of Jumpstart ant the virtual events portion that makes creating, hosting, and following up with candidates so seamless. Diversity sourcing and outreach has also been pretty great on jumpstart.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

I wish I could filter out students by visa status. My company is only able to accept international students at US universities and it would be a great way to filter candidates versus guessing.

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to avoid on-campus recruiting during covid has been wonderful! The seamless virtual event hosting is my favorite part of jumpstart but I also am able to do better diversity sourcing and outreach.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

I love the ease of use! All of the filter options make sourcing candidates very easy!
Creating events is user friendly, with just a few steps - voila! An event can be created in minutes!

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

There are some API glitches with our ATS but I think those bugs are being worked on.

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The broad outreach we can do is incredible! We are seeing students we would have never seen before relying on standard campus outreach methods! 
Also, having moved to a virtual world this is helping with hosting virtual events!

Great tool to find motivated and responsive college students that are looking for internships.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

Not as many college graduates on the site looking for full-time work after college. I believe this will grow as the platform gains more users while in college.

Great tool to find diverse college students across the united states who are looking for an internship. The training to use to the tool is great and very insightful to help you best utilize the tool and its features.

Super easy to use and access to thousands of diverse students. I've hosted several events and those were very easy to put together and host.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

I'd like more access to students from smaller schools. I was looking to connect with students from Montana and there were six in the entire database. Candidate pool is very top 25 school heavy.

**Recommendations to others considering Untapped:**

Add ATS integration for IBM KeneXa.

Jumpstart is helping us source more diverse candidate for our early in career programs.

**What do you like best about Untapped?**

We can never keep up with our SWE applicant buckets with each being in the thousands, and Jumpstart gives us the ability to filter these candidates to ensure we're finding the students who align best with what we're looking for. More importantly, it gives us the ability to ensure our pipelines stay well represented.

**What do you dislike about Untapped?**

One product improvement that would increase efficiency even more, would be for the resume to be shown on the student page when going through buckets as opposed to pressing on the pdf and that opening a new tab in my browser. It would be ideal to have two view options 1) With student interest, gender, race, interests, club tags, etc. and 2) resume view

**What problems is Untapped solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Keeping our pipelines well represented of gender, race, and university
2. Being able to host all of our events on one platform as well as being able to market on that platform as well
3. Telling a story to our hiring managers and leadership with data. This is continuously helping us curate and adjust our strategy as we work through season.

I enjoy the ability to see a diverse group of candidates.  I also appreciate how the candidates choose to fill out their profile.

I wish more students, not just tech students, would utilize Jumpstart.  I also wish students kept their information up-to-date.
