What problems is U-Self Serve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps with abandonment rates for our agents...helps bring in payments after hours and handle some situations like updating demographic and insurance information in our systems, asking for itemized statements, requests that we want to keep away from agents so that they can focus on the more intensive calls. What do you like best about Q for Sales?

Helps the Sales Team grow to a higher degree of capability

Can't be everywhere at once, Q allows me to and provides many coaching opportunities.

Can provide insight and guidance on what to improve for individuals and the whole team alike.
