What is Unilog?

Unilog CIMM2 is a powerful, affordable cloud-based B2B eCommerce solution designed specifically for mid-market distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers. We are the only platform that offers a unified commerce solution, bundling product data and content enrichment services with advanced digital commerce capabilities. Core components of the platform include product information management (PIM), a content management system (CMS), the commerce module, site search configuration, event management, and a mobile app. CIMM2 was designed with the unique demands of the B2B buyer in mind: multiple purchasing roles, quick order pads, flexible payment options, punchout, a sales rep access module, and more. Is it a plus or minus that so many modifications can be made?!? Also wish customers could search by their part number in order status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unilog?

CIMM2 is very user-friendly and logically laid out. It provides easy to use export tools for your e-Commerce data. It also provides easy to use content tools & functionalities that allow us to present great content to our customers online. I would recommend using CIMM2 to a number of other distributors like us. What do you dislike about Unilog?

Training tools & documents, but Unilog is getting there. We have access to a lot more training videos & documents today than we did in the beginning. I hope to see a lot more videos for training & "how to" documentation. That is always helpful to maintain consistency in use of CIMM2 among my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Unilog:

Take your time with implementation processes so you can get everything locked down in the beginning. Converse with Unilog Community and other users to ask questions, get suggestions and see "how did they do things?". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unilog solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives us the ability to easily manage the tools & content that allow us to cast the wider net and be better noticed than our competitors. We are attracting millennials in an industry that has struggled doing so in the past. Our customers our more engaged and we are solving issues with their own processes by providing solutions through our new e-Commerce platform. After hours work is better managed when the customer has some control and online access to the content. Sharing product content documents, for example, specification sheets, has never been easier with the quickest turn around by the click of a button. By using our new e-Commerce platform, customers are freeing up some of our inside sales reps' time to spend on bigger projects and deals that need their full attention. You need to have someone in-house or consulting that understands e-commerce needs, how it connects to your ERP, and how to keep an e-commerce project on track. Features continuously not working; inconsistent placement of save buttons; inability to edit everything ourselves (would be nice to not have to rely on company to switch some issues out). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unilog?

The CIMM2 has become a focal point for both product and marketing information with which we are able to communicate with our customers. The backend tools can do a wide variety of functions previously unavailable in web order entry.
