There is a team that can make changes for you. They have a team state-side and in India so that is a perk for round-the-clock site maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Your website will start to look just like all of their other customers - and if you want to set yourself apart, there are HUGE fees for making changes.
The time it takes to work on some of the tickets submitted is ridiculous. We had a punchout request pending and still not working after 18 months!
