I've been using their services for more than 3 years. The platform is great because it brings all communication channels together in one easy-to-use place.

Unifonic team are very likable, flexible and always available. I remember we had some encidents and they were super responsive and got back to us with the details in less than an hour. They are also very welcoming in terms of legal terms and payments specially if you are a startup. Our account manager Saleh is very responsive and helpfull.
