Right now, ungapped is only limited to assisting with content creating on a few select platforms. expanding the scope of it its work might help ungapped became more competitive and appealing to people. I don't dislike anything about Ungappoed I would just want to see it adding new and advanced features in itself to consolidate its market position. It should expand its wings in social media content creation as well since that is actually on boom in the preset time.
