One thing I initially appreciated about Umnico was its user-friendly interface, but it turned out to be incomplete. The cancellation process didn’t work on their platform, and even after notifying them well in advance, I continued to receive charges—months after I last logged in. It feels unfair and unprofessional to charge customers after they’ve clearly requested to cancel.
