THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL NOW. THEY CANNOT CALL YOU BACK AND IT STATES HOLD TIME IS IN EXCESS OF 2 HOURS. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HAVE THE PHONE ON HOLD FO R2 HR.
