I love how quick it is to file returns on these programs. I work in a small accounting firm and during tax season Ultra Tax is our go-to program to file tax returns. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL NOW. THEY CANNOT CALL YOU BACK AND IT STATES HOLD TIME IS IN EXCESS OF 2 HOURS. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HAVE THE PHONE ON HOLD FO R2 HR.
