It is the tool that I am using for calls and chats. There is a notification when there is an inbound call or chat so that I am aware if there is a customer. Easy to use. Great tools! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that they are on top of their game. While using this company, there has never been but one single time their system went down and it was for an entire 30 minutes or less. You don't ever hear of that happening these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to answer many calls very quickly. It has multiple aux codes to show the state I am in if I am not ready to take calls. It shows the number of calls we have waiting in the queue. Ujet also allows the agent to log in on time without delays. Altogether it has been better than other software I've used while working in the customer service industry. It doesn't show how long you've been on available aux. Sometimes the calls are considered skipped when Ujet doesn't auto-answer. The stats displayed aren't always accurate. There is sometimes a delay when logging out of Ujet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ujet comes with various function as a user. One of many things I like about this tool is it's real time work status and It also allow us to take calls, chat, or email with auto populated information from the IVR. I use it daily and it's very easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not encountered any issues that hinders me to perform my job using this tool. Though, there are instances of latency and audio issues but not frequent and easy to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about UJET are it's feature itself:
-The feature consolidating all reports.
-Easy filter searches making our reports more reliable and congruent.
-User initiated and friendly, helping us to consolidate reports to all available time needed.
- A tool that is very dependable and I frequently used.
- Reliable customer support whenever needed
- Integration of reports from all GEO needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Least helpful will be its interface and tab that sometimes needed to show all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about UJET is, it helps us have seamless conversation with our customers. As a call center agent that has been working in the BPO Industry for quite sometime, UJET is the first tool for communication that I found very easy to use. Whenever I am using UJET, it feels like I am using my phone, it helps me easily transfer calls, answer calls, conduct outbound calls and mute or hold the calls if necessarry. So far, I haven't encountered any missess nor issues with UJET which is helpful for my productivity at work. Ujet also helps me track my productivity at work. And changing auxes has never been this quick. With UJET, it enhanced the way I take calls from my customers and meet their expectation. And I will surely continue enjoiying using UJET for my work. What I don't like about UJET is sometimes when I am using the standalone, I am having a hard time connecting my headset. But this issue is fixable within a minute. So far, I have no issues with UJET but I will be looking forward for its updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like it the most as this is a way for us to communicate with our customers for daily basis, in that way we can help support to our customer. As a supervisor, it really helps me with my day to day reporting for call handing total hours and very user friendly. Not only easy to navigate but also it works as an indicator for auxes status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
