UJET is disrupting the pricing for Cloud customer support providers by drastically reducing per minute call charges. We don't think it makes sense to add excessive margins to per-minute pricing. This common practice fails to incentivize your provider to help you reduce call duration and call transfer time and increase first call resolution. The result is an average of 30% reduction in total cost of operations for telephony support. Chat and voices are priced on a per-user basis.
