What I like best about UJET is accuracy of log in time. Additionally, it's nice that we can log in now through SSO so we no longer have to type our email every log in.
Haven't got the chance to contact support yet as I haven't encountered any issues for the past 9 mnths I've been using this tool in our company. Lastly, the user interface (UI) is intuitive / has user-friendly setup which makes the experience when utilizing it always smooth and seamless that basically makes it designed with usability in mind. What is least helpful about UJET is that sometime when I loggedin UJET inside it's integrated Kustomer application, it took sometime for me to be able to login. However, this also fixed when I'm using stand alone UJET. It's still really great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The good thing about Ujet is that you can monitor your calls and auxes. As an agent, Ujet helps me a lot to be productive at work. You can properly hold your callers, and aside from that, you can prepare your next aux while you're still on the call so that after your call, it will automatically change to the aux you've chosen. UJET has a lot of features that helps us assist our customers through chat, email and phone calls. We always use UJET whether we take inbound and outbound calls, replying to emails of customers and receiving chats. When it comes to its chat features, there has been a recent update where in when customers are unresponsive, it gets automatically get dismissed by our system and the next agent who will receive the chat will be able to see the previous conversation which give the customers a good experience from customer support as they won't have to repeat themselves again and can be assisted further. The UJET tool also is not that hard to follow as it has options that can easily understood by its users . Also, The software has an excellent ease of integration with other third-party services we have such as Kustomer.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
