What do you like best about UIS?

Comagic is okay. It offers telephone and communication business services. It has call tracking, end to end analytics, feedback forms and other services. It has a clean layout and is easy to navigate and find services. Access to customer service and support is easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UIS?

I dislike that it's a Russian based website. It does offer the English version when you get to the page but being that it's Russian based just makes it for a more difficult (in my opinion) option for services to use as you're dealing with what is most likely Russian/ non native English/Americans. If I were to use a business and telephone service I probably wouldn't choose this one as I'd just much rather stick to one that's English and US based instead of Russian.. What problems is UIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps with your telephone business needs and services, offering digital analytics, inbound call tracking and more. Being able to access all of these phone features and services makes it easier than having to try and use your own personal or business phone lines to keep track of tracking and analytics. What do you like best about UIS?

Comagic is one of my best software to track reports and is easy to use. This Software helps track my work correctly and improve productivity. The virtual dashboard is very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UIS?

I have nothing dislike for Comagic, But I have one suggestion the price of the software seems a little high for me, and sometimes this software is stuck and closes automatically. I hope to a future update this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UIS?

What I liked about CoMagic was that we were able to track ad call sources. Provides our tracking requirements very efficiently. It not only allows us to see which ads are bringing traffic to the site, but also to make calls. It's a great platform, and it offers great services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
