It was useful at the very start, and as a basic tool, it was all I needed. But I am churning as a customer and moving on as a result of my most recent experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They really stuffed up on my account. I signed on for a month-to-month plan, but I got billed for a lifetime plan in a different currency. When I raised this with their team, instead of refunding me the difference they refunded everything and wiped the account. This meant I lost all the setup work that I had done, hours of work and learning gone, and supposedly their team had no way of getting it back. Its content Idea feture helps me alot to create content for future use. Its premiu plan have no limitation and its premium account is cheap as compared to other tool that save my money. I love the Ubersuggest but it would be great if they implement more filter options in the result. I have to export the CSV and then apply filters in Excel to get the desired result. Sometimes when I try to export result of more than two websites one after another it export the blank CSV file then I have to refresh the page and search for the keywords and than export it again. other than this It works perfectly fine.
