In the beginning, it can be a bit overwhelming to get everything inside, but once you start using Uberflip, it becomes effortless to make changes and swap out assets and content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uberflip has been a valuable asset in our marketing strategy, particularly for promoting our Enterprise Applications portfolio. Uberflip has proven to be an effective platform for creating targeted content experiences, driving lead generation, and measuring results. While there's always room for improvement in content engagement, the platform's strengths significantly contribute to our marketing success. We highly recommend Uberflip for businesses seeking to enhance their content marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting Inconsistencies: Data discrepancies between Uberflip reporting and Google Ads/Analytics make campaign measurement challenging. Consistent reporting across platforms is crucial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Uberflip has a lot of great settings that you can customize how your content is shown to users on your website. It allows you to categorize your content in many different ways (i.e. role, industry, topic, etc.).
If you're truly trying to expand and test how your audience interacts with the content on your site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a little more limited than they let on, and sometimes the design options are a bit buggy and you need to reach out to their technical support team.
Some of their "analytics" require you to use a lot of UTM parameters, so it's not as streamlined as they pitch it. Personally, I haven't seen much lift on the demand gen side of the performance metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has helped us fill the gap between needing a content center but not having the bandwidth internally to produce it ourselves. Uberflip hosts a large inventory and allows us to easily tag, sort, and modify the content. One of its strengths lies in the ability to push a single piece of content across multiple streams, which means only having to update in ONE place. Another great thing I'd like to call-out is the responsiveness of their support and on-brand team. Our CSM is always attentive and any time I submit a ticket, responses almost always happen within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At a high-level Uberflip is a great tool, but as a super admin that works in it every day, all the small details add-up to a somewhat frustrating experience. Some examples:
1) Within the tool, they always use external titles for streams but why do this when every stream has an internal name?? It makes it so confusing trying to select the stream you want because a public-facing title is never as clear as an internal one
2) Gating content across multiple streams requires either going 1-by-1 or going to a large list of streams (that doesn't use the internal naming) and hunting for the content there
3) You can add CTAs to streams, but you cant even see what it looks like from the CTA page. You then need to navigate to the stream to adjust its placement.
4) Uberflip doesnt tell you anywhere within the system which CTA is being used at the item-level...you need to go to an item page on your site to figure it out.
5) Uberflip uses a 3rd party vendor for their PDF viewer, and it's not a terrific UX. They claim they cannot do anything about the viewer since its not their code, so we have to hope that the user knows to click the "Expand" button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes little to no time to create new sales room, you just need to create the first template, and being able to copy and paste links to the rooms is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My interface was not very straight forward on what I needed to do. It took me about a month to give up trying to set it up and ask someone in marketing to guide me through a 1:1 meeting. Then we saw that my environment was slightly different and he guided me through the right process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uberflip is a great tool to create, organize and distribute content from. The integration with our Marketing Automation platform Marketo works well and we get good insights into how our content is performing. It's easy to use and packed with smart features. The fast pace of new developments in the years I've been an account admin has been highly appreciated, we know have tools to do changes in bulk (perfect when wanting to add text links to product news on a bigger selection of items that mentions the product or when fixing the meta data setup of existing content that hasn't been adjusted with our aligned best practices. A big bonus is our incredible Account team and their knowledge, help and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to use Uberflip well enough. Using it in the best possible way can be a bit tricky as there are a lot of things you can do to improve SEO, hub settings and so on. The silver lining here though is that they are open to feedback and we've had good collaborations to improve the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very user friendly and the capabilities are great for all of the content we want to showcase on our site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There tend to be small glitches/bugs, but UF support has always been very helpful in resolving these issues. I also wish changes didn't save automatically with no back button, but this just means I have to be even more careful and alert when I'm on the site! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It empowers us to do so much, with ease, and without needing to use our own internal dev/website resources. The tracking capabilities are huge for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little bit buggy but fortunately support is incredible; they're super helpful and very quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the new pages feature and the ability to customize the page a lot easier. It's a great tool for adding content and I love how easy it is to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think their tracking needs more updating. I'd like the ability to see what contacts from what company are visiting and where that click came from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nice front end display of content, easy to upload and edit on the back end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No preview option to see what the content asset will look like and/or no page editor to perform live edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
