Easy user interface, so much restaurant option with a valuable prices. Provide coupon for daily uses user. Delivery on time. Filter option are good for other online food app. Customer support are excellent. There are multiple option for food and restaurant, if we surf any issue regarding delivery they provide us a proper refunds. Paytm payment is available and also cash on delivery. There is not too many things I dislike about Uber Eats other than the fact that sometimes the driver/person who is picking up my food, will cancel last minute and I am forced to find someone else, thus prolonging the process and my wait time. Customer service was horrible. Was also mislead by the onboarding team. Was told they would be able to add a 15% markup to our menu through the POS integration. Uber eats is a decent platform to order food. It has an easy user interface that is easy to order. App has multiple food cuisine to order from. One can see the live location of the food partner also.
