Easy user interface, so much restaurant option with a valuable prices. Provide coupon for daily uses user. Delivery on time. Filter option are good for other online food app. Customer support are excellent. There are multiple option for food and restaurant, if we surf any issue regarding delivery they provide us a proper refunds. Paytm payment is available and also cash on delivery. What I find the most helpful about Uber Eats is the fact that you can have your food delivered to you regardless of where you are/what you are doing. It is great on busy days when I am at the office an unable to get away to go get/pick up food. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not too many things I dislike about Uber Eats other than the fact that sometimes the driver/person who is picking up my food, will cancel last minute and I am forced to find someone else, thus prolonging the process and my wait time. Customer service was horrible. Was also mislead by the onboarding team. Was told they would be able to add a 15% markup to our menu through the POS integration. - Full of layers of bureaucracy to prevent anyone from getting issues resolved
- Uber points the finger at restaurants for incorrect and missing items in orders asking customer to write them a bad review to resolve, but we're still out the $ for the missing food.
- App constantly quotes a delivery timeline during transaction that changes to be 15 to 30 mins longer only AFTER you press the final button. Bate and switch delivery timelines.

Uber eats is a decent platform to order food. It has an easy user interface that is easy to order. App has multiple food cuisine to order from. One can see the live location of the food partner also. During covid times they maintain strict a no-contact delivery mechanism which helped in not spreading of covid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uber eats provides service by providing food at our home. It reaches our home, office, party place etc., saving us time and effort.
It is a great mediator between restaurants and us.
