"Great tool for low budget branded surveys"

What do you like best about Typeform?

I like that you can add your brand kit to the tool so that you can ensure your organisation's brand consistency remains intact despite it being a third-party tool. I also like that you can embed the survey onto your own web page so that you don't have to leave to another site/ remain on your website. Surveys are easy to set up and you can integrate easily. What do you dislike about Typeform?

The only dislike about Typeform is that if you have an automated email set up, it is a bit clunky - in both setting up, and also in look and feel. It would be nice to be able to add branding, different coloured fonts for headings etc. However, all in all it is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Typeform?

Being able to quickly create surveys and questionnaires for projects and programmes. Building documents and questions is swift - the logic system helps guide your work and the interface is very reliable. We've created 50+ different Typeforms over the years. These have been great for onboarding new cohort members before a project and then surveying them after. We have integrated it with Google Docs and also embedded forms on our official sits. What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?

For many of our lead magnets and content offers, we use a basic form and landing page, but then reroute contacts who convert onto a Typeform to ask lead qualification questions. Qualified buyers are then shown the option to book a call with our sales team. It's helped us segment our list, book more sales calls, and differentiate between hot and cold leads that fit our ICP. We use Typeform monthly to collect NPS and CSAT scores, and it's been incredibly smooth and efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to build and launch surveys quickly. What I like most about Typeform is the intuitive interface and the well-thought-out user experience.
