The best part of Typeform is how easy it is to create complex forms and still make it personal to the person filling the form out. It has vastly reduced spam submissions on my website and increased general enquiries. The results page is also useful for collecting customers' stats super quick. I like that you have a lot of freedom for different survey pathways. It is very easy for the builder and the person submitting the form to use. Make a simple form look professional. The fact that it has the option to send notifications to the person who submitted the form is a big plus.

My team and clients use it every day, so it is now a must in our daily organization. Plus, it was easy for our clients to use and implement as part of their request process for our department. While building the form, I had several issues with the logic working properly, even if the map and triggers were correct. When doing a test, the form would ignore some questions.

O único ponto que acho importante e eles não adaptaram ainda é a plataforma ter o idioma português. Acredito que tem muitas empresas no Brasil que utilizam a ferramenta e dentro das organizações nem todos falam inglês. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
