If It does work effectively and and how it should be working, it eliminates on journal entries. EnerGov is supposed to talk to Tyler Munis, but there are issues with how it talks to one another Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It creates duplicate invoices and double payments, which is quite troubling. There is a lot of manually work to be done to fix these issues, in addition to the speed of the permit processing, which causes alot of concerns with the public.
