What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

We use Twitter Analytics to understand the behavior & interests of our followers, increase the success rate of our campaigns, increase participation in trending tweets and get an edge over our competitors. It's a very robust tool and important for our business to get insights about our best-performing tweets, impressions, engagement rate, followers loss/gain over a specific period of time, retweets, and much more. It helps us to make data-driven decisions while crafting our Twitter Activity Calendar. It also improves our understanding of the success rate of our video content by telling the accurate number of people who viewed it and also the completion rate. What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

The fact that we can keep a check of which tweet got most interactions and impressions is a fantastic thing. The bar diagrams help a lot in comparing results of organic as well as paid traffic.

What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

I do not have issues with Twitter Analytics. They are improving with a separate page altogether to make things segmented and easy to navigate.

I dislike the support of Twitter! They do not help at all. For six months, I am not able to remove my Debit card from the backend. Every time I complain to Twitter through their support, I get the same automated reply, which does not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

It's a very intuitive platform. Even if you were a beginner at looking and pulling social media organic data, this would be an easy platform to navigate. It has a nice export feature and an attractive UI. Even if you didn't integrate the data elsewhere, just poking around in the platform could give you some interesting insights into your organic Twitter strategy. What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

You can only export 3 months of data at a time. If you ever need to look at a longer time frame, you can always do multiple exports so it's not a huge deal. Just slightly inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

Twitter insights provides tweet-level data, which is very helpful to glean vs. just looking at what the Twitter account profile garners overall. You can look at data points such as impressions, retweets, loves and video views (for example). Twitter also provides engagements and engagement rates, which is helpful because those are more insightful metrics versus just providing information on overall reach (in this case, impressions). What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

You only get impressions, video views and likes. There is no unduplicated reach (Facebook Insights and Instagram Insights provides this in their platform). It also takes a long time to run reports - you can only run a few weeks to a month at a time so if you have to pull data over long periods of time, you have to split up the exports and cobble multiple .CSV exports together. You also don't get any insight around shareability of specific tweets (just the raw retweet number). You also don't get any demographic read-outs on Tweets, which is something Facebook provides in their analytics platform (albeit on a topline basis - such as gender breakouts or top demo, sourced from their first-party data). What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

First I wish it offered more demographic data so one could map out the regions where one's interactions came from so you can tailor-make region-specific content knowing where your tweets are being viewed the most.

The Analytics do not give you an option to track the analytics of Hashtag lets say you had a campaign and wanted to see the uptake of the hashtag like how many other accounts had used it and so forth instead you can see only the tweets you have done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
