Twine has a very responsive team who are always open to feature requests and give very personalized attention. In the seven months I have been using it they have made some great updates and I have seen some of my feature requests come to life Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a couple of limitations with the system, but they have been brought up and will be changed in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UX/UI is so very streamlined and user-friendly, we don't really need to do training as most employees are able to train themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would like to see a bit more capabilities around org charts and document controls. Overall though, very little to dislike since the Twine team is very open to customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really easy and simple to use.

There are a few things we have asked for which I believe are in the pipeline, for example;

- Liking comments

- Ability to load documents in bulk

- Tagging people in comments

Visually it is a little flat and not very dynamic. The Homepage needs to be more enagaging.

You can only upload one document at a time which means it is a time consuming process.
