Beyond the incredible partnership with Twig, I truly appreciate the front-row seat we have to ongoing feature discussions and product releases. Chandan is constantly exploring ways to expand the platform’s capabilities, always with a keen interest in how customers use it. His commitment to developing meaningful, user-driven features leads to greater adoption and efficiency, making a real difference for all users.

I received an RFP with 210 questions about our company capabilities. Using Twig I was able to find 200 of the answers simply by enterting my question. if you want an AI chatbot which chat with you based on you products ,which you can customize the tone style and many more Twig AI is a good option, one of the feature i like about twig is that we can customize the answers to a great extend and one of the feature i like is that it provide links to all reference at the bottom of the chat where we can easily determine where the content is referened from and you can make the chatbot to respond answers for certain question to refer only specific contents, creating datasets is easy you can automatically add the references with few clicks by just giving your website url Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Twig is refined to answer questions specifically in the realm of which I need them. Its understanding of what we do and how to apply it has been a game changer in searching for information and being able to quickly apply the results. We are a high touch business. One of our competitive advantages is our support desk - so we are very hesitant to outsource that core function to an AI chatbot. This is where Twig excels. It gives our CS team the AI boost, without sacrificing our human touch. It fits into our existing workflow and we've seen the product grow and become more useful over time. The only drawback we experienced early on (and has been resolved) was making Twig fit our workflow. We didn't want to add additional steps to our CS process. Initially, we needed to exit our CS ecosystem to use Twig. But the team has been very accomodating and the workflow/ecosystem integration has only been improving. Ability to leverage generative AI in a more controlled and trustworthy way. Have more visibility on how the AI is generating answers, and where its coming from. Also have tools to better manage the training to improve the answers over time.

Twig really stands out with their strong core technology, excellent customer support and ability to truly deliver results and cut down our costs when it comes to support. They have fine tuned their tech specifically for hard problems - which really stands out in the noisy world, where everybody seems to make big claims but don't truly deliver.
