What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

rentle provides a super easy user frendly rental interfae that helps my company look professional and convert prospective clients into users. I dont use compeitors but I do see other companys rental pages and none are as clean and fluid as the rentle page. Also, I love that i can embed it direclty into my website... Huge for us. What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

The Rentle platfrorm has alot of options for rentals, but sometimes the options can itherfere with other options. For example, If i created 6 hour rentals, I must make sure I set delivery avaibility for rentals less then a day. If i dont, my 6 hours wont show up. What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

The best part about this software is its free functionality. Our school didn't have a large budget, but creating a rental suite for students to use from scratch would have been daunting. Twice was a perfect service for me to find. It had all of the functionality I was looking for and was fairly intuitive to undertand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

The only con I would say is some of the features in the free version can be limiting, and the customer support (again for the free version). For example: I wanted to change the email and password for admin of the site, but I can't just change the email. I would have to give admin to another user before removing the original admin which requires paying for one of the subscriptions to add a user and change admin. What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

+ It have a nice UI,

+ it easy to use.

+ I can identify every items.

+ I have tryed a lot of booking system but this is the most flexible one.

+ I use it to rental and for courses and selling trips.

+ It's coming updates all the time

+ They are fast on supporting, really good!

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

The free version is good for many but if you serious you have to upgrade,

- It's not super easy to set up payments in the start.

- Setting up all the things from beginning can take some time but it's worth it.

Even if it have a lot of option i still miss some.

- For example you can't send message to costumer in discovery version.

- There is not possibility to use html or change font increase or decrease text in the description (big disadvantage).

-When the rental is over, there is only one way to see the old rentals and that through the confirmation E-mail.

- If you have some season rental you can choose to not have it published, but you cant temporarly hide it from your self, so it can be a lot of item to scroll through.

- if you want to upgrade for some new features it's to expensive if you have a small business.

- If you hav a lot of user that had rental the same day, you cant get a report to print in just one or two papers, you have to print every order for them self. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

The setup is very easy. You can setup shop in a matter of minutes and your up and running. We run a furniture rental store, and I had been looking for a solution to taking orders in an organized way. I like the fact that you can control the inventroy and the time buffers between each.

I have constantly been offered support for tutorials and problem solving, and it has been quick and efective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

Rentle subscription management system, with user-friendly interface/ease of implementation, and tools to support a subsciption rentle business, as well as grow it (discounts, reccommended products). Easily embedded within Squarespace (though limitations exist that affect overall UX). Advantages in that you can display products to rent as well as purchase on the same product page. I like the loop of the inventory management system, though am yet to test it out with live customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

Limited templates for creating the whole website on Twice or ability to customise your site to your brand/UX - (hence why I've chosen to build my website on Squarespace, and embed Twice within it).

Lack of ability to create links or add any formatting to Product descriptions in catalogue.

Lack of ability to embed singular features of Twice shop onto Squarespace - ie Booqable enables you to embed just the cart/calendar, so you can place it alongside the main product information on your Squarespace product pages (and thus keep the nicely designed Squarespace user interface, running seamlessly alongside subsciption rental functionality). Once the user has entered the Twice shop, they can get lost within the Twice shop rather than being able to navigate back to the main website hosted by Squarespace.

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

One of not so many vendors who offer monthly subscription. The set up was fairly easy. Its easy to use, support is responsive and usually responds within an hour. Integration with payment providers is fast and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

SKU management needs some redesign. Adding a product requires 10 min of your time. Also it would be nice to have more flexibility in editing the appearance of embedded blocks. Also what im missing is a field on a product card where i could indicate a retail price of a product. And check out form needs more customization to attach both rental agreement and TC. Also its impossible to attach an insurance option (or any other add).

But the biggest pain is that you need to choose the delivery method at the very beginning of the process. And then when you picked products and want to change the delivery method everything resets and you have to start from the scratch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your concerns about SKU management and product additions, we'd like to suggest some features that may streamline your process: you can import your entire inventory via a .csv file, duplicate products, and use pricing templates to speed things up. Also, you can now add the purchase price for each item directly in the inventory section.

For the customization of embedded blocks and the checkout process, we would love to learn more about the specific changes you're looking to make. Please reach out to us via our support chat so we can better understand your requirements and guide you accordingly. Also, our help center provides step-by-step instructions on including a document for e-signature at checkout, ensuring your Terms and Conditions are properly set up for customer acceptance.

Regarding the delivery method selection, we understand the frustration with the need to reset your choices when changing methods. This behavior is due to the availability checks that are specific to each delivery option.

We are however working to enhance this feature. Stay tuned for updates!
